Welcome to our all new and improved website! Here you will find everything you need to know about Ormskirk MotorFest 2023, and what to expect when you arrive.

Looking for a great way to spend the Spring Bank Holiday? Come along to Ormskirk MotorFest. With everything from motorcycles, super cars, classics and bubble cars, there is something of interest for everyone.

New Format.

Due to the complete withdrawal of funding and resources by West Lancashire Borough Council for the event in 2022, we have created a new format for the event.

Motorfest 2023 will take place on Sunday 28th May (Spring Bank Holiday weekend) and will be organised in partnership with Ormskirk School and The Endeavour Learning Trust (ELT).

The event will take on a slightly different format to previous editions, with greater community engagement, and instead of the previous closed road parades, there will be a Touring Assembly into Ormskirk through surrounding areas and a fantastic new venue at Ormskirk School. This will avoid the impact to traffic locally yet still provide a wonderful opportunity to see the amazing vehicles and atmosphere that Motorfest has brought to and enjoyed by thousands, in previous editions.

Motorfest is traditionally held in the historic market town of Ormskirk in West Lancashire. We are ideally located to welcome visitors from all over the North West, as well as those who are travelling from further afield. For more information on how to get here, head over to the FAQs page where you can find out more about the location.  (Photos are from previous Motorfests held in the Town Centre and Coronation Park.)

Ormskirk MotorFest takes place on Spring Bank Holiday Sunday – 28th May 2023. Classic cars and bikes along with other attractions and Trade and Motor Stands will on display in at the Motorfest Show area at Ormskirk School from 11am.

The morning Touring Assembly begins from 10am where vehicles will drive through West Lancs to the finish venue at the school.  There will be no prescribed route but we will be publishing recommending viewing locations to soak up the atmosphere and to enable yourself to grab a prime spot.
