Motorfest Retro Grand Prix Display and Drive Day supported by Cataclean Technologies.
Aintree Historic Grand Prix Motor Racing Circuit – Bank Holiday Monday 31st August 2020
“A unique opportunity for Motorfest Drivers and Enthusiasts to display their vehicle at the Historic Aintree Grand Prix Circuit, followed by a 2 Km drive along the original Grand Prix Track, starting in front of the famous Aintree Grandstands”.
A competitive motorsport event will also take place at the same location for your entertainment!
You are invited to enter your vehicle for this very special event.
The Grand Prix Circuit has only be opened to drive on just 4 times in the last 50 years.
The Entry Fee is just £25 per vehicle with a maximum of 2 passengers in addition to the driver.
Full Terms and Conditions are contained within the Entry Form, which you agree to by submitting your entry. You will be sent electronically a Motorsport UK Covid Declaration and Signing-On Form, which MUST be fully completed and returned to us by 12.00 26 August 2020.
Any participants who have not returned completed forms will NOT be admitted to the venue.
Provisional Timings as follows:
The Motorsport event will start in the morning with participants for the Display and Drive arriving from 11.30am.
The Grand Prix Drive will be held in controlled groups and commence at approx 2.30pm and will start from the original Formula 1 start line and follow the historic circuit as far as the Anchor Crossing, for approx 2Km. You will then depart the circuit but may return to the paddock display area to enjoy the rest of the afternoon at Aintree.
Quality Food and Drinks will be available from Outside Catering Units and Classic Catering Vehicles located directly in the Paddock Display area, to ensure safe social distancing.
All vehicles must leave the venue by 5pm.
THIS WILL BE A PRIVATE COVID SECURE EVENT. NO PUBLIC ACCESS
Covid Declaration forms will be sent to Registered Participants.
These should be returned w/c 24th August by Wed 26th August.
